The site's terms of use, in plain English.
1. Acceptance
By using Clique Habil Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, simply do not use the site: there is no account to cancel and no subscription to terminate.
2. What the site offers
Seven free skill games that run in your browser: Nine Men's Morris, Hangman, Block Breaker, Free Exit, Bullseye, Traffic Light and Neon Hammer. The outcome of every game depends on the player's reasoning, memory and reflexes.
3. This is not gambling
This point is central, so here it is without euphemism: Clique Habil Site is not a betting or gambling site. There is no wagering, no payment to play, no purchasable virtual currency, no drawing and no prize, in money or in any other thing of value.
Under state gambling, sweepstakes and contest laws and the federal Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), gambling generally requires three elements: consideration (a payment to play), chance, and a prize. None of them is present here. There is no consideration, the outcome depends on the player's skill rather than chance, and there is no prize and no loss of anything of value. The site is therefore not gambling, a lottery or a sweepstakes, and it needs no gaming license or authorization from any regulator.
4. Permitted use
- Play as much as you like, as many times as you like, for free.
- Share links to any page on the site.
- You may not copy the content and code to republish them as your own, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation for other visitors.
5. Intellectual property
The code, text, illustrations and visual identity of Clique Habil Site are ours and are protected under the U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17 U.S.C.). The games themselves are public-domain classics: Nine Men's Morris, Hangman, block-breaking games and sliding-block puzzles have existed for decades, and nobody owns the rules. 6. No warranties, and what that does not take away
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a total absence of bugs. This does not take away the rights that Section 5 of the FTC Act and your state's consumer-protection (UDAP) statutes guarantee you and that cannot be waived by contract.
7. Advertising
The site displays no ads and has no ad space of any kind. If that ever changes, every ad will be clearly labeled Ad or Sponsored, in line with the FTC's .com Disclosures and Native Advertising guidance, before it goes live. Details on the Advertising Disclosure page.
8. Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, written for applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA and COPPA. Summary: we collect no personal data.
9. Changes and governing law
We may change these Terms; the current version is always the one published on this page, with the date below. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Vero Beach, Florida. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.
