Privacy Policy
Written for applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws, and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In short: we collect no personal data at all.
1. Who operates the site

2. What we collect
No personal data. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, Social Security number or any other identifier for you to play. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user database on our side.
The site uses your browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which are memory areas on your own device. We have no access to them. What is stored there is:

Clearing the site's data in your browser erases all of this at once, without notifying us and without asking our permission.
About game progress specifically: we only save scores, best results and the game in progress on your device after you turn on the Player journey category in the cookie preferences. While that category is off or no decision has been recorded, every visit to the games starts from scratch and nothing is written to localStorage or sessionStorage. None of it is sent to a server: the score and the saved game exist only in your browser. You can erase them at any time by turning off the Player journey category in the cookie preferences panel, which clears everything immediately, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
3. No analytics and no advertising
This site uses no analytics tool and displays no ads. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixel, no heatmap, and no ad space on any page. This statement applies to the version published on the date below, and the table in section 2 lists everything that actually exists in local storage.
There is currently no cookie category for analytics or advertising: only the Player journey category described above. If that ever changes, we will create the corresponding category in the cookie preferences before any tool loads, and this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated first. 4. Purpose of the storage
Strictly necessary storage exists so the site can do its job: without it, the site cannot remember your cookie choice. The optional category (Player journey, which stores scores and progress) exists only because you chose to turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time from the footer.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or disclose personal data, not least because we do not have any. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA, and we perform no international transfers of personal data.
6. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you have the right to, upon request:
- Confirmation of whether we collect or process your personal information;
- Access to that information;
- Correction of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information;
- Deletion of personal information that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in violation of applicable law;
- Portability: a copy of your data in a portable, readily usable format, on express request;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
- Information about the third parties with which we share data (there are none);
- Information about the option not to give consent and the consequences of declining;
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without being discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of them, write to [email protected]. We respond within 45 days, as the CCPA allows (extendable once by 45 days with notice), and usually much sooner. Since we store no personal data, in practice the answer to an access request is usually a confirmation that nothing is stored on our side, plus a reminder that the contents of your localStorage are entirely under your control, in your browser.
7. Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been honored, you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or with your state Attorney General's office.
8. Children
The site is for a general audience and collects no personal data from anyone, of any age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and because nothing is collected, no parental consent under COPPA is required. There is no betting, no purchasing and no adult content, so we do not impose an age gate that would only create friction without protecting anyone.
9. Security
The Contact page has no form: it is a plain mailto: link that opens your email program. There is no server-side form processing and no database behind it, so there is no injection surface and no data store to leak.
10. Changes
Changes to this policy appear on this page with the update date below. Material changes in how data is handled also change the Cookie Policy in the same revision.
